The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (5-8 business days), USPS Standard Shipping (2-3 business days) and USPS Express (1-2 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Normally orders are processed and shipped in less than 24 hours of receiving your order. Shipping estimates do not include processing time. Estimates are based on a timeline that starts once the order leaves our facility and ends when it arrives at its destination. This timeline also excludes non business days, when the order will not be in route.
If your Certified SafeGuard Bulb purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within six months (180 days) of purchase. To return an item (excluding sample products), the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item by mail, UPS or any method of your choice. Cost of return item is the responsibility of the buyer.

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase except as specified below:
At this time we do not offer exchanges for SafeGuard Bulbs. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
